Coaching.

Coaching is the passion to see others thrive. BILTON PRO PERFORMANCE and Casper has certifications in nutrition, mindfulness and as a fitness trainer. He has many years of experience from a life as a professional athlete and coaching groups & individuals.

Online coaching.

Embracing healthy habits is easier with online coaching. I will support you with personal advice, check-in with weekly summaries, answer any questions and communicate face-to-face. We communicate frequently, we check in often.

Nutrition guidance.

Achieve your health &/or athletic goals with nutrition counselling. Beginning with an in-depth assessment of your nutritional status, medical and diet history. Afterwards together develop a personal nutrition goal plan.

We will do 7-day meal plans with healthy plant-based cuisine. The meal plan will fit your lifestyle.

The recipes are developed by trained chefs so it will be a tasty experience. Of course are all recipes made to be easy and fit within a busy life.

After a complete nutrition assessment, attending follow-up sessions is a great way to track progress, check in and discuss any challenges you may be having.

Mindfulness coaching.

Learn to secrets to improving your performance with mindfulness coaching. A mindfulness coaching session is a safe & focused 30-60 minutes conversation.

Overcome doubts and be proactive with your self-confidence. Learn mental strategies to get into the zone faster and stay there longer.

Casper is able to do sessions in person. Casper’s coaching is predominantly over the phone face-to-face. Clients are able to stay comfortable at home, fully connected and focused.

A minimum of 2 hours per month of coaching is recommended to build and maintain momentum of learning and growth.

Fitness program.

The personal training & fitness programs will be customised to your specific needs, lifestyle and the capabilities of your body.

We will begin with an in-depth assessment of your physical status, medical and fitness history. We will do program which fits your goals, whether it is endurance, acceleration, strength or Sport-specific training and conditioning.

Together we will set specific, measurable and realistic goals. Casper’s finest job is to keep you motivated and accountable.

Casper will develop creative exercise programs​. These programs will challenge you for continual improvement.
