20x Ironman: Plant-based Kristin Stengaard Conquers the Unthinkable

These distances are very, very challenging, and very few people even think about trying them all in a row.Kristin completed this incredible race in just 26 days, 4 hours, and 50 minutes, making her one of the fastest woman ever to finish the Double Deca triathlon. Remarkably, only around 30 people have officially completed this event to date. She dedicated a year and a half to intense training to prepare herself for this monumental challenge.
