Ingredients

  • Handful of fresh or frozen Spinach
  • 1/4 small/medium Pineapple, chopped
  • 1 ripe or frozen Banana
  • 1 tsp Ginseng powder
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Oats
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, Chopped
  • 1 tsp Chamomile dry leaves/flowers
  • Water or/and Oat milk (as needed for desired consistency)
  • 1 tsp organic Cane sugar (optional, for added calories, energy, and sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Prepare and find all the ingredients.
  2. Blend it all together:
    – In a blender, combine all the ingredients – and blend it all together.
    – Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. If the smoothie is too thick, you can thin it out with more water or oat milk.
    – Pour your Energizing Green Smoothie into a glass or a portable container.
